On behalf of the Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand Hepatic, Pancreatic and Biliary Association (AANZHPBA) I invite you to our Annual Scientific Meeting at the Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay, Sydney on 5-7 October 2023.
The theme of the meeting is Value-based care in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary surgery. The program is designed to be of interest to both General Surgeons and HPB specialists from registrars up to consultants.
The program will cover a range of topics such as the different perspectives on value-based care, evidence-based practices, patient reported outcomes, and the role of innovation and technology in HPB surgery. Keynote international and local speakers will explore why value-based care is both necessary and worthwhile to improve patient outcomes. There will be several free paper and video sessions to provide plenty of opportunity to present your work. We also have an exciting social program planned allowing ample time to relax and network with colleagues and industry.
